17-minute interview with Wolf Lake FN Chief  on the historical and spiritual signifigance of the site at Chaudiere Falls to the Algonquin Nation, the legal duty of consultation from the federal government and National Capital Commission but the lack of consultation from all levels of government, the need for involvement and direction from all Algonquin communities, and the opportunity to actually do something postiive at this site, starting from the vision of the late Elder Grandfather William Commanda.
