Anti-poverty activists organized by ACORN Ottawa rallied on Preston Street outside the offices of the Ministry of Labour on Mar. 21. The Campaign to Raise the Minimum Wage of Ontario to $14 was launched by a coalition of community groups and activists across the province aiming to lift workers out of poverty.
